From launching new series, to re-branding older shows, to packaging beloved movies, I love working on scripted programming. Comedy, drama, animation: I’ve done it all! Here's some memorable work.
From 2017 to 2018, TBS boasted an impressive slate of original programming. Here are two fun image spots.
I had the pleasure of leading the launch campaign for this amazing show. The Last O.G. was created by Jordan Peele and Tracy Morgan, and co-stars rising star Tiffany Haddish. Our campaign aimed to capture the mix of soul-searching drama and fish-out-of-water hilarity. The Last O.G. premiered to record numbers for TBS, becoming the network's highest-rated original series premiere.
These promos focus on different aspects of the series, from the power of the cast, to the dramatic/humorous family dynamics, to the gentrification of Brooklyn.
I arrived at TBS just in time to launch the second season of Wrecked. Our campaign led to strong year-over-year growth, assuring a third season for this hilarious show.
Final Space was a big launch for TBS, as it marked the network's first large campaign for an original animated series. In these spots we sought to evoke the spirit of fun and witty space adventures like Guardians of the Galaxy.
The Guest Book was a huge hit for TBS. It become the highest rated original cable comedy in 2017. When launching the series, I aimed for a slightly early 90's vibe for the language and tone of the promos.
Here is a launch trailer and a few promos for season 3 of The Detour.
Spotless was Esquire Network's first original scripted series, with a brooding, dangerous, and darkly humorous tone. We partnered with Skip Film for this launch trailer.
This wonderful "music video" perfectly captured the mood and style of the series. This was created in partnership with Fresh Cut Creative.
Beowulf was another Esquire Network original, a fantasy series that reimagined the epic poem. Our campaign promised grim heroes and thrilling monsters. Open Road worked as our creative partner on this campaign.
I love promoting movies. Here is a campaign I created for Esquire Network's block of popular flicks. The basic concept was that our movies could answer all of men's most important questions.
For this movie block on G4, I took inspiration from the Saturday morning matinees I'd watch on local broadcast channels as a child.
Winner of a PromaxBDA Gold award.
Roger Moore isn't anybody's favorite Bond. But he definitely isn't the worst either. He's solidly in third place. This campaign was featured in the PromaxBDA Daily Brief.
Pure brilliance. Winner of a PromaxBDA Silver award.
Chosen as a PromaxBDA Hot Spot.
My love letter to Bond movies. One of the last campaigns I created for G4.
Some very fun acquired series spots for G4 and Esquire Network.
